How to remove an image from a game?

When moderating images (from the "help" menu), sometimes I see that users desire to have an image removed. I too would like to remove an image. How do you submit a delete image request for moderation?

Edit: Giving it more thought, I should clarify that I do not simply want to remove an image from a gallery. I want to remove an image from a game page in its entirety.

That's it? There's no way to submit the delete request like any other moderator-enforced edit?
